Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen
Three stars upstairs, eight salons for everyone else. A Paris table that scales.
Jardins des Champs-Élysées, 8th arrondissement, Paris · €€€€

Yannick Alléno's three-Michelin-star restaurant inside a historic pavilion in the Champs-Élysées gardens, famed for its sauces. Eight private salons and a hectare of gardens mean it can host the VIP dinner and the whole gala under one roof.
The Pavillon Ledoyen has eight modular daylit salons and about a hectare of private gardens; the summer garden barbecue format starts at 60 guests for lunch and 90 for dinner. Alléno Paris itself serves dinner Monday to Friday.
