L'Assiette Champenoise
Three stars, one family and the best excuse yet to stay another night in Reims.
Tinqueux, Reims, Champagne · €€€€

Arnaud Lallement's three-Michelin-star family restaurant on the edge of Reims, with a five-star hotel attached. The crowning dinner for a Champagne programme, best suited to small, senior groups who appreciate cooking with real precision.
Restaurant bookings are taken by phone for tables of two or four; larger parties should be arranged directly with the house. The on-site five-star hotel has lounges (salons), a park and a pool.
