Arnaud Donckele's three-Michelin-star restaurant at Cheval Blanc St-Tropez, cooking the flavours of Provence beside the water. Around 40 covers and dinner only in summer, so it is the reward table for a small, senior Riviera group rather than the whole delegation.
Seasonal and dinner only: open every evening except Wednesday during the summer season, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. With around 40 covers, larger groups are better split across the hotel's other venues.
