L'Oustau de Baumanière
Eighty years of three-star Provence, served under the limestone cliffs of Les Baux.
Les Baux-de-Provence, Provence · €€€€

A Provençal legend since 1945, now with three Michelin stars under chef Glenn Viel, set at the foot of Les Baux in the Alpilles. Hotel, spa, garden and seminar packages on one estate make it a ready-made Provence programme.
Baumanière offers residential and semi-residential seminar packages, team-building days and gala dinners across the domain, with a group menu and Louis XV lounge at La Cabro d'Or. L'Oustau closes Wednesdays and Thursdays (and Tuesdays from 17 November 2026) and has an annual winter closure (24 January to 5 March in 2027).
