Santorini's largest private vineyard owner, founded in 1903 and run by the fourth generation. Tours cover the vineyards, the modern gravity-fed winery and a tutored tasting including Vinsanto. The wine stop that turns a Santorini programme into a proper education.
Two set tours run from the winery, each including vineyard time, the production area and a tutored tasting with cheeses and cold cuts. Group arrangements should be confirmed directly with the estate.
