La Gaia sits inside Ibiza Gran Hotel, so it pairs neatly with a stay there; contact the hotel directly about larger tables and private arrangements, which we have not seen published. It is seasonal: the 2026 season closed with a final dinner on 10 October, so check reopening dates before planning spring dates.
