Leiths School of Food and Wine
Team building where the KPIs are crisp pastry and a properly rested steak.
Shepherd's Bush, London · £££

The West London cookery school founded by Prue Leith in 1975, still training professional chefs alongside enthusiastic amateurs. Two-hour corporate classes end around the table with a shared meal and a glass of wine, making it a smart, sociable team activity for groups of 12 or more.
Corporate classes require a minimum of 12 guests and are taught at a 1:12 ratio, with set and bespoke menus; private hire covers four kitchens, a demonstration room for up to 40, a dining room for 20-25 and meeting rooms for up to 12.
