The hotel describes its congress centre as the largest in Venice. Plenary ballroom 840 sq m, 40 to 1,000 delegates, divisible into five soundproofed rooms with independent access; adjoining foyer 850 sq m for up to 750 (exhibitions, coffee breaks, cocktails). Seven Hilton Meetings rooms for 14 to 80, the Conrad boardroom for 16 and five breakout rooms for 8 to 14. The rooftop pool and Aromi are seasonal (both closed for the 2026–27 winter), so check dates before building a programme around them. The hotel shuttle boat runs to St Mark's Square for hotel and restaurant guests and is charged at €18 per person per stay; the nearest vaporetto stop is Palanca, about 500 m away.
