The Signature Suites are the Grand Suite (151 sqm, 20th floor, corner over Fifth Avenue), the Fifth Avenue Suite (235 sqm) and The Peninsula Suite (278 sqm). Event space is intimate rather than vast: five function rooms and receiving areas total about 3,300 sq ft (1,006 sqm). Gramercy, the largest, seats 120 banquet-style or 70 classroom; Tribeca takes 20 boardroom or 30 banquet; Greenwich 16 boardroom or 30 for a reception; Sutton 12 boardroom or 20 banquet; Chelsea suits board meetings and private lunches, with a small foyer for coffee or a reception. Pen Top on the roof takes up to 200 for a cocktail reception, and the Sun Terrace takes 75 for cocktails or a small seated dinner. Clement restaurant can be taken for cocktail receptions. On-site audio-visual team, with video and webcasting. Pen Top is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm, so a private event there needs planning around its public hours.
